Of all of the Vestal watches, you’re looking at my personal favorite– the Vestal Rosewood Acetate watch. This strikingly sleek acetate watch takes its inspiration from a guitar fretboard, that smooth rosewood surface that rests right under six guitar strings. The Vestal Rosewood Acetate comes in 11 different color combinations, with black-on-black, tortoise-on-silver and white-on-black shown above, respectively. We’ll take one of each, please. Thank you.

We’re suckers for white watches. If it tells time, is white or has wood grain, we want it in our collection. The Vestal Savant watch is no exception to that, we’re hooked with just one glance. While we prefer the white, the black is just as sexy. The Savant watch includes a steel case with three dials, adjustable to local times in 22 major cities across the world. Its woven nylon strap is tough and durable, keeping its display safe and firm on your wrist. Get it before Kanye does, GearCravers…

The Vestal Elite watch is thick– its oversized case extends to 45mm at its center. This thick wrist style is accentuated by a band that thins as it reaches the clasp, giving it a slim contrast to such a wide case. The result is a classy, bold watch with a sleek display, keeping you in time and your friends jealous…

The garage band, the basement beatmaker, the up-and-coming rapper and the punk tour opener all share one thing– an attitude and lifestyle that crosses over from music into style. It is the goal of the watch designers at Vestal to capture this and forge it into their watches. “Vestal Watches fine tune style and expression for the musically inspired individual,” goes the mission statement. Musician or not, most can recognize the broad appeal of these Vestal watches. We did, and we were as excited as a kid in a record store when Vestal agreed to a GearCrave giveaway…
This week, GearCrave will be giving away five free Vestal watches to randomly selected readers. Continue reading after the break to learn how you can win one of your very own… Also, we’ll be sharing our five favorite Vestal watches this week, one per day from now until Friday. This thick-wristed digital watch is built for both style and performance. Whether you’re training for that up-coming triathlon or heading out for a night on the town, the Vestal Crusader Watch will serve you well. Its stylish, polyurethane band and stainless steel case make this watch stand up to the elements both above and under water. In more fashionable environments, the smooth shape of the band and thick design of the display case gives your wrist a fresh, bold look. Our favorite is the black and steel color, shown left. We wouldn’t mind that one on our wrists…

Swiss luxury watchmaker Franc Vila believes in bold and instantly recognizable designs, married to excellence in mechanical functionality. The FVa Nº 6 Tourbillon Planétaire Skeleton SuperLigero Concept, which debuted at Baselworld 2008, was built not merely to look pretty but also to have good mechanical strength – a difficult proposition given the very nature of skeleton watches. The movement has been built for the first time ever in an Aluminium-Lithium based alloy named â€Lightnium†by the brand. This new material is an extremely low density metal, formerly reserved for state of the art aeronautical engineering. It’s main characteristics are lightness combined with high tensile strength, allowing a structural weight reduction and an increase in elastic modulus. In summary: this watch is bad ass.

Continuing our shameless case of watchlust, we thought it was time to take another look at Nooka Watches. Our current Nooka muse? The Nooka Zen V watch. While similar in shape and material to the Nooka Zoo that we covered a few months back, the Zen V has its own unique style of display. The left two bars display the hour, counting up to 12. The third bar displays the minute. The remaining lcd bullets denote am/pm and the alphanumeric readouts display the the day and date. For example, the white version on the left is displaying 8:30 a.m. and the black version on the right shows 9:42 a.m. Technical details aside, the Nooka Zen watch remains faithful to the Nooka design elements that have become classic in our mind. Simple, sleek, and sexy with a display that is personal to you.

Nixon’s Esquire CS watch is at once bold, gold, classic and classy. An imported leather band meets a gold steel clasp and an over-sized faceplate on either side. The display itself is a throwback to classic wrist-wear designs, while its large size makes it decidedly contemporary. The Esquire CS doesn’t leave any detail out in its display– four shiny gold dials spin to display the second, minute, hour, day, date and month. Just take a second and look at the thing. Isn’t it glorious?

Yes, yes y’all. While we’re pretty damn serious about our watches, we feel that this bit of hip hop glory is a fun, welcome departure. The Flud Watches Tableturns Steel Watch is a classic 33 1/3″ record player scaled down to a wrist-watch shape. Fit on a shiny metal band, the Tableturns watch displays time on a mini piece of vinyl with an hour, minute and second hand. No scratching allowed, GearCravers… (and be sure to check out the MPC Ring too!)
