No other cellphone has enjoyed the longevity of the Motorola Razor, save for one: the Nokia 8800. The new Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte stays faithful to the family tradition, with an exquisite finish yet again tinged with a touch of distinctive personality. The new 8800 features the turn-to-mute and tap-for time functions from the original Arte. The newer features include a 3 megapixel auto focus camera, a 2″ OLED screen with scratch resistant coating, 3G connectivity, Bluetooth, 4GB internal memory and microUSB on-board. All of this doesn’t come cheap, however– you can expect to pay around $1635 for this little work of Arte…

Nokia’s famous N800 internet tablet has dropped its price… After making waves at least year’s CES, the N800 was released with a price tag of $399. Today, Dell has the N800 available for $199 on an instant savings rebate of $50. That’s the lowest price online, down from an average between $220 and $250. If the N800 is new to you, you’re missing out. If it weren’t for Apple’s iPhone, this could have been the greatest tech story at CES2007 (and some even suggest the N800 is the better of the two). If you’ve been lusting after the N800, now’s the perfect time to get one to call your own.

Some are calling Nokia’s N81 eight-gig edition a resurrection of the N-Gage platform. N-Gage didn’t do so hot a few years back, but it’s back with a vengence now, and Nokia apparently has big plans for this system beyond slick-looking cell phone offerings like this 8gig N81. The N-81 is fully N-Gage capable, letting you play multiplayer games, surf the net, and much more with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g. Yes, that’s a five-way joystick on the left there. The N81 features a 2.4-inch QVGA display with 16 million color support, and integrated Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support. There are still a few shopping days left before Christmas, if you’re stumped for a high-end gift for somebody (you?) here’s your not-so-subtle hint.
