This is the perfect gift for the alcoholic in your life, or even just the guy who likes to go out and have a few drinks every now and then. The iBreath attaches to the bottom of your iPod and will tell you whether or not you’re under the legal limit for getting behind the wheel. While if you need this to decide if you’re legal you probably shouldn’t be driving in the first place, it’s a nice idea. Pick one up now for $80 from David Steele. [via Geeky-Gadgets]

Dubbed the DLO HomeDock HD Pro, what you see above is an upscaling iPod dock that promises to take your videos and stream them out via HDMI in brilliant 720p/1080i. With plenty of ports in the back to connect to your ravishing home-theater, we’re still reluctant on how a 320 x 240 will look when upscaled to HD. Price is $399 and unless you have some good quality movies on your iPod, we’re a touch skeptical on the quality of the output. [via Dvice]

When we say “cut the cord”, we’re not talking about scissors or actually cutting something. The iMuffs are a pair of pretty wireless headphones that allow you to listen to your favorite music from your iPod (including the 3rd generation iPods) or smartphone by pairing them via Bluetooth. With ergonomically placed controls that allows you to skip, play or pause, the iMuffs offer near-CD quality sound for a distance of up to 10m. The iMuffs charge via USB and have a pretty decent battery that will keep on waving for about 16 hours. Kinda pricey at $129.99 (includes the iMuffs adapter for iPod), but comfort and style are expensive these days. Too bad they can’t warm up your ears while listening to Chinese Democracy… [via OhGizmo]

Forrest Gump once opened a letter with an Apple logo on it, telling the audience that his friend “invested part of his money in a fruit company”. These incredible sun-tanned apples include that familiar Apple logo on them– so they must be part of that fruit company. A farmer in Japan just put the Apple and the iPod logo on his fruits while they were growing, giving a tasty spin to the classic Fuji apple. The result is a simple technique, splendid results and something that should get Steve thinking. Apples anyone? [via Gizmodo]
