Slimmest all-in-one PC? Feh. How about jamming it all into the keyboard? Perhaps Asus anticipated your howls of excitement when naming this concept the “Eee” (!). The “fully functional PC,” according to Asus, includes a touchscreen display next to the full QWERTY keyboard, and Gizmodo rightfully points out that the Eee’s HDMI port could allow connectivity to any HDTV. Asus hasn’t said how much this creation will cost, when it will be released and for that matter whether it will actually be available to consumers, but we’re all ears. Sorry — Eeears. [via Gizmodo]

Word on the street suggests that we’ll be seeing a new touchscreen Asus Eee PC in 2009. The new models will come in two flavors– an 8.9-inch and a 10.2-inch with a swivel display that allows the PC to also be used as a tablet. Asus is reportedly working on a bunch of applications to work alongside the PC, and the computers are expected to be kicking it classic with Windows XP. No more details are currently available, but we can’t wait to see what Asus does with these in 2009. [via Geeky-Gadgets]

ASUS has gone official with their Celeron-based (C220) Eee Box B203 that runs Windows XP Home, packs 2GB of RAM, 120 or 160GB of storage, 4 USB ports, a flash card reader, DVI output and WiFi. As you can see, except for the cheaper processor there aren’t any big changes from the original Atom-version, which sounds a lot like a better deal. Additionally, this Eee Box save s up to 90% in energy consumption, but too bad it still doesn’t have an optical drive… [via Engadget]

Asus is the next up to plate with the new Intel chip, the Core i7. Their new line of gaming desktops, the ROG CG6190, specifically, packs the i7 plus a healthy feature-set for those inclined to game. That includes up to 12GB of RAM and support for some rather nasty graphics cards. Sure, its no Mach V, but we’re going to assume this baby is much more within the reach of us casual gamers (and/or casual workers)… [via crunchgear]

There are many choices when it comes to ultraportable laptops, but one with an affordable price and some muscle under the hood is not easy to find. Good thing, however, there’s the new ASUS N20A, a 12.1-incher running on the latest Intel Core 2 Duo. With up to 4GB of memory, a max 320GB hard drive, a DVD burner, Wi-Fi, optional support for 3G/3.5G mobile broadband and Bluetooth, it looks like a pretty good deal. Of course it also packs stuff like a web camera, card reader, and more interestingly HDMI and eSATA connectors. There aren’t any official details when it comes to the price, but ZipZoomFly sells a Core 2 Duo T5800-based model with a 250GB hard drive, for $999. Not bad, eh? [via Laptoping]
