		<description>Would be a great idea for trouble areas. One small city next to mine has a ton of blinking lights on the road and each side has blinking light towers on their main street. It seems to work quite well. This system might also help eliminate California stops also.  </description>

		<description>I think it would be distracting, especially at night cause people would get used to looking out for the giant red laser people and miss the actual jaywalking people.  But then again new things frighten me. </description>
