Shinoda’s curved plasma headed to production

Shinoda is sending its 125-inch plasma screen to the assembly lines. The 7.9 pound curved plasma screen will be going into production in late Spring of next year and will have a resolution 960 x 360 pixels in three 1mm thin panels. The screen is likely to first be used for digital signage, but it certainly opens the door for a curved plasma to make its way into our living rooms in the future. [via Engadget]
