Traditionally, sports fans and cinephiles tend to knock LCD screens because motion tends to blur more than on plasmas. Sony’s new 1080p Bravia LCD, however, may actually win them over. It’s 120HZ technology doubles video frame rates and reduces motion blur, producing whiter whites and blacks as dark as plasmas. It may not be a Kuro, but at its price it is high on our list.
