Designed and hand built by Pininfarina, the Hyperion was the brainchild of Rolan Hall. Apparently the $412,000 price tag of a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe wasn’t exclusive enough for Mr. Hall. He commissioned Pininfarina to build this one-off automotive masterpiece. The result was a custom-built unit that is firmly rooted in the values of the Pininfarina and Rolls-Royce brands, with lines and dimensions that are hard to find in a 21st century model. As if the car itself wasn’t enough to make your jaw drop, one precious detail of the instrumentation underlines the unique environment: the watch designed specifically for the Hyperion by Girard-Perregaux, which can be removed from the dash and attached to a bracelet to be worn on the wrist.
